Cornerstone Regional Hospital is directly or indirectly owned by a partnership that includes physician owners, including certain members of the hospital medical staff. Physicians are on the medical staff of Cornerstone Regional Hospital, but, with limited exceptions, are independent practitioners who are not employees or agents of Cornerstone Regional Hospital. The hospital shall not be liable for actions or treatments provided by physicians.
